Is website maintenance included, or an extra cost?
It's included. Every eZeler package comes with managed hosting, SSL and technical configuration, security monitoring and backups from day one, plus a monthly maintenance plan. Domain registration is the only cost billed separately, and only when it applies.
What's the difference between Essential and Professional care?
Essential covers security monitoring, backups, performance checks, technical support and minor technical updates. Professional adds everything in Essential plus priority support, SEO monitoring, performance optimization, 2 minor content changes per month and monthly website improvements.
What counts as a minor content change?
Small text, image, link, pricing or contact-information updates. New pages, new sections, redesigns and new functionality are outside the plan and are quoted before any work begins.
Can you maintain a website that someone else built?
Our maintenance plans are designed around sites we build. If your site was built elsewhere, tell us about it in the project form and we'll say honestly what we can take on — in some cases a redesign on our stack is the cleaner route.
