eZeler / Our Process

From Idea to Launch

Every website we build starts the same way: as an idea a business needs to bring online. Here's exactly how we take that idea through four clear phases — Discover, Design, Engineer, and Launch — and turn it into a professional website your customers actually enjoy using.

01 — DISCOVER

Discover

We learn your business well enough to defend every design decision we make.

Typical duration: 3–5 days

What Happens

  1. 01Kickoff call — your goals, audience, competitors, and the personality your brand should have online.
  2. 02Content & asset audit — what you already have (logo, photos, copy) and what still needs creating.
  3. 03Sitemap & scope lock — the pages and features you need, matched to a package tier and confirmed in writing.

What You Provide

  • Your goals and any existing brand materials
  • Examples of sites or brands you like (or don't)

What You Get

  • A written project brief
  • A confirmed sitemap and scope
  • A fixed timeline and price — before any design begins

02 — DESIGN

Design

Your brand's visual direction, locked in before a single line of code is written.

Typical duration: 1–3 weeks, depending on package

What Happens

  1. 01Art direction — mood, color, and type explored in still frames so the direction is right before it's built.
  2. 02Wireframes — the layout and information hierarchy for every key page.
  3. 03High-fidelity design — the full visual design of your homepage and key inner pages.
  4. 04Review & revisions — you review and request changes, within the rounds included in your package.

What You Provide

  • Feedback on design drafts
  • Final copy and photos, if not already provided

What You Get

  • An approved design system for the whole site
  • Clear visual direction before any code is written

03 — ENGINEER

Engineer

Motion, 3D, and performance built as one system — not bolted on afterward.

Typical duration: 2–6 weeks, depending on package

What Happens

  1. 01Front-end build — the approved design implemented in code, pixel-accurate, in Next.js and React.
  2. 02Motion & interaction — animations, and for Signature projects, 3D and Three.js elements.
  3. 03Content integration — your real copy, images, and forms wired into the live pages.
  4. 04Performance & SEO — Core Web Vitals, meta tags, structured data, and an accessibility pass.
  5. 05Cross-device QA — tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop across major browsers.

What You Provide

  • Final sign-off on functionality as it's built

What You Get

  • A fully built, tested website on a private preview link
  • Nothing goes live until you approve it

04 — LAUNCH

Launch

A profiled, audited handoff — not a rushed one.

Typical duration: 1–3 days

What Happens

  1. 01Final review — a full walkthrough together, and your final sign-off.
  2. 02Domain & hosting — DNS, SSL, and managed hosting configured and verified.
  3. 03Go-live — your website published to production.
  4. 04Maintenance begins — monitoring, backups, and your package's ongoing care start immediately.

What You Provide

  • Access to your domain registrar, if you're bringing your own domain

What You Get

  • A live, professional website
  • Ongoing hosting, security, and maintenance per your package

Questions About the Process

How long does the whole process take, start to finish?

Most Essential projects take 3–5 weeks end to end, Professional projects 5–8 weeks, and Signature projects 8–14 weeks depending on 3D and motion complexity. You'll get a firm timeline in your proposal after the Discover call, before any design work begins.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

Nothing formal — just a sense of what you do, who you serve, and any examples of sites or brands you like. If you already have a logo, brand colors, photos, or written copy, that speeds things up, but we can also help source or write what's missing.

Can I still make changes once design is approved?

Yes, within the revision rounds included in your package — small adjustments during Engineer are normal and expected. Larger changes after design approval (new pages, a different direction) are scoped and quoted separately so your timeline and budget stay accurate.

Do I get to see the website before it goes live?

Always. You'll review the fully built site on a private preview link during the Engineer phase and give final sign-off before we touch anything in Launch. Nothing goes live without your approval.

What if my project doesn't fit neatly into one package?

That's normal, and it's exactly what the Discover call is for. We'll scope your actual requirements and recommend the closest package, with any extras itemized clearly rather than forcing your project into the wrong tier.

What happens after the website launches?

Your maintenance plan starts immediately: hosting, SSL, security monitoring, backups, and the included monthly content changes for your tier. The relationship doesn't end at launch — see your package for exactly what's included ongoing.
